Le véritable crime de Julian Assange est d'avoir participé à révéler des informations sur les ignominies que commettent quotidiennement les états. Bref, d'avoir fait du journalisme (au sens originel du terme).

Et en particulier d'avoir contribué à la diffusion d'une fameuse vidéo sur un massacre de civils depuis un hélicoptère en Irak.

Pour mémoire Bradley Manning est celui qui a transmis de nombreux documents classifiés à wikileaks, dont une vidéo d'un crime de guerre en Irak en 2007 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rXPrfnU3G0 . Vidéo vue des millions de fois. <b>Crime de guerre toujours impuni.</b>

Le contribuable occidental doit absolument continuer à croire aux fariboles de la "lutte pour la démocratie" de manière à continuer à financer ces diversions et les bonnes affaires du complexe militaro-industriel.

Informer le public sur la réalité d'un conflit est donc un crime contre les intérêts des groupes qui instrumentalisent l'état à leurs propres fins.

Les accusations proférées contre Julien Assange n'ont pas d'autre fin que de lui coller un fil à la patte (et accessoirement de le salir à peu de frais) pour le ramener aux USA le moment venu et l'y emprisonner pour un demi-siècle à titre d'exemple pour tous les autres diffuseurs de vérité de part le monde.

L'état apparait pour ce qu'il est fondamentalement, un ramassis de voyous qui pratiquent l'intimidation de tous, citoyens, journalistes, bloggeurs, lanceurs d'alertes, via la persécution médiatisée de quelques-uns.

Mais, à force de s'asseoir sur la légalité, la légitimité et la morale, c'est tout l'édifice démocratique que les inconscients sapent tranquillement.

A force de répandre du combustible partout et tout le temps, le feu finira bien par prendre quelque part.
 +

Julian Assange n'a pas commis de crime contre le peuple américain, il a commis un crime contre l'état américain, enfin du moins contre ceux qui instrumentalisent l'état américain.
 +
Le fait qu'il soit persécuté pour avoir révélé des informations à la population montre bien que l'état US (comme tant d'autres) est complètement découplé de la population.
 +

Indépendamment du cas de Julian Assange, il est aussi fondamental de se rappeler que, si les justices anglaises et suédoises réussissent à faire extrader Julian Assange aux USA sur la base d'un dossier aussi inexistant et bidonné, tout en ayant enfreint à de multiples reprises leurs propres lois; dans ce cas alors plus aucun citoyen, ou activiste ne pourra être à l'abri nulle part en Europe. C'est aussi l'un des enjeux de cette persécution.

La "justice" d'état et le 2 poids 2 mesures

  • Si Londres agit contre Assange, comment expliquer la liberté dont jouissait Pinochet en UK, accusé de crimes contre l'humanité ?
  • Pas un seul des crimes de guerre mis en lumière par wikileaks n'a fait l'objet d'investigations ou de poursuites. Les victimes, réelles, se comptent pourtant en centaines.
  • Tous ceux qui ont entrainé les US dans la guerre en Irak sur des allégations mensongères (armes chimiques etc) n'ont jamais été inquiétés.
  • Pour mémoire, l'état US a refusé de rendre publics les transcriptions (greffier) du procès Manning (c'est dire s'il est fier de ce procès) obligeant la défense à financer son propre sténographe.
  • On pourrait aussi s'appesantir sur les attaques informatiques subies par wikileaks et dont les auteurs n'ont été ni recherchés, ni bien sûr identifiés.
  • Visa & MasterCard autorisent les donations au Ku Klux Klan, mais ont bloqué WikiLeaks. ... On voit bien les priorités.


Voilà nos "états de droit" à géométrie super-variable. Les fripouilles sont au sommet de l'état et les justes sont persécutés.


Le vrai crime d'Assange

Le véritable crime de Julian Assange est d'avoir participé à révéler des informations sur les ignominies que commettent quotidiennement les états. Bref, d'avoir fait du journalisme (au sens originel du terme). Et en particulier d'avoir contribué à la diffusion d'une fameuse vidéo sur un massacre de civils depuis un hélicoptère en Irak. Pour mémoire Bradley Manning est celui qui a transmis de nombreux documents classifiés à wikileaks, dont une vidéo d'un crime de guerre en Irak en 2007 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5rXPrfnU3G0 . Vidéo vue des millions de fois. Crime de guerre toujours impuni.

Le contribuable occidental doit absolument continuer à croire aux fariboles de la "lutte pour la démocratie" de manière à continuer à financer ces diversions et les bonnes affaires du complexe militaro-industriel. Informer le public sur la réalité d'un conflit est donc un crime contre les intérêts des groupes qui instrumentalisent l'état à leurs propres fins.

Les accusations proférées contre Julien Assange n'ont pas d'autre fin que de lui coller un fil à la patte (et accessoirement de le salir à peu de frais) pour le ramener aux USA le moment venu et l'y emprisonner pour un demi-siècle à titre d'exemple pour tous les autres diffuseurs de vérité de part le monde. L'état apparait pour ce qu'il est fondamentalement, un ramassis de voyous qui pratiquent l'intimidation de tous, citoyens, journalistes, bloggeurs, lanceurs d'alertes, via la persécution médiatisée de quelques-uns. Mais, à force de s'asseoir sur la légalité, la légitimité et la morale, c'est tout l'édifice démocratique que les inconscients sapent tranquillement. A force de répandre du combustible partout et tout le temps, le feu finira bien par prendre quelque part.

Julian Assange n'a pas commis de crime contre le peuple américain, il a commis un crime contre l'état américain, enfin du moins contre ceux qui instrumentalisent l'état américain. Le fait qu'il soit persécuté pour avoir révélé des informations à la population montre bien que l'état US (comme tant d'autres) est complètement découplé de la population.

Indépendamment du cas de Julian Assange, il est aussi fondamental de se rappeler que, si les justices anglaises et suédoises réussissent à faire extrader Julian Assange aux USA sur la base d'un dossier aussi inexistant et bidonné, tout en ayant enfreint à de multiples reprises leurs propres lois; dans ce cas alors plus aucun citoyen, ou activiste ne pourra être à l'abri nulle part en Europe. C'est aussi l'un des enjeux de cette persécution.
