Citoyenneté

En 2018, il y aurait 400.000 demandes en cours.

La citoyenneté s'obtient via un système de points (merits). 5000 merits sont nécessaires.

Les merits s'obtiennent de différentes façons, la plus simple étant d'effectuer un don de X euros qui crédite le compte de X merits. Les merits s'obtiennent aussi en faisant la promotion de cet état.
