Liberland, 6 août 2023 - Le Liberland a annoncé l'ouverture de son premier poste frontière avec la Croatie. Cette étape importante a été franchie à la suite de développements positifs et amicaux avec la partie croate.
Le président Vit Jedlicka a déclaré lors de la cérémonie d'ouverture qui s'est déroulée le dimanche 6 août : "Il s'agit d'un petit pas pour le Liberland mais, je pense, d'un grand pas pour l'humanité. Il reflète notre engagement en faveur de la coopération internationale, de la liberté et de l'équité. Nous sommes impatients de renforcer nos liens avec nos voisins et la communauté internationale."
À partir d'aujourd'hui, il est possible de visiter le Liberland. Les visites doivent être planifiées avec soin et à l'avance, car le poste frontière n'est actuellement ouvert que pendant la journée. Cette décision a été prise d'un commun accord avec la police des frontières croate. Le poste frontalier est établi pour le trafic terrestre et fluvial, mais le passage proprement dit vers le Liberland n'est actuellement disponible que pour le trafic terrestre à pied.
Le point d'entrée au Liberland est situé à Zmajevac, d'où l'on peut accéder au parking et au poste de contrôle de la frontière fluviale. Le poste de contrôle du Liberland est situé sur la péniche Liberty. Nous demandons aux visiteurs, pour leur propre sécurité, d'effectuer leurs visites pendant la journée.
La procédure pour entrer et sortir légalement du Liberland implique un contrôle de police effectué par la police des frontières croate.
